He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marvin Kelly and Mildred Irene Lloyd Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Donna Powell Kelly of Waynesville; his daughters, Lisa Diane Gibson (Teddy) of Raybon, Amy Irene Kelly of Nahunta and Dana Kathleen Miller (Jim) of Hickox; his grandchildren, Cayla Depratter (Marlan) of Raybon, Tyler Gibson (Cassie) of Raybon, Emily Miller of Hickox, Austin Miller of Hickox and Brittany Henderson of Waverly, GA.; his great grandchildren, Caislyn Depratter, Micah Depratter, Lila Depratter, Livie Depratter and Raegan Depratter; and his sister Joan Kelly Sweat (Clinton) of Waynesville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
