With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Angela Ellen Highsmith of Waynesville, Georgia, born in Brunswick, Georgia, who passed away on December 15, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Carr and Nova Estes Carr; her grandson Devin Ryan Johns; her brother Charles Carr; and her pet Heidi.
She is survived by: her husband J. W. Highsmith, Jr. of Waynesville; her son Brian; her daughter-in-law Bobbie Highsmith of Waynesville; her daughters, Lisa (Claude Johns) and Beverly Highsmith of Nahunta; her grandchildren, Danielle (Tim Lentz), Derek (Chelsea Johns), Gant (Darryll Highsmith), Abigail Highsmith, Hali Proctor, Cheyenne Trosper and Bentley Highsmith; her great grandchildren, Carter Lentz, Cayson Lentz, Camden Lentz, Annaleesa "Toots" Lentz, Jayce Ryan Johns, Liam Highsmith and Elijah Highsmith; and her sister Evelyn Strayer of Waynesville.
