He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Adams Peterson; his daughters, Karen Hunt (Paul) of Douglasville, GA and Debbie Register (Alan) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Eric Quick of Waynesboro, Kimberly Diotte (Matt) of Evans and Megan Vandenbulcke of Waynesboro; his daughter Mallory Sexton (Patrick) of Arlington, VA; his great grandchildren, Brandon Quick, Cameron Quick, Kelcey Diotte, Ryleigh Diotte, Aiden Vandenbulcke, Luke Vandenbulcke, Liam Vandenbulcke and Amelia Sexton; his brothers, Ray Peterson (Becki) of Watkinsville and Jack "Pete" Peterson of Griffin; and his brother-in-law Roger Adams of Vidalia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
