She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Lawson and Joseph Lawson; her daughter Donicia Lawson; and her brothers-in-law, Vincent and Willie.
She is survived by: her husband Nathanial Jones of Alexander; her children, Felicia Dukes (Reggie) of Waynesboro, Marquell Jones (Lakeyshia) of Waynesboro and Alyssa Dukes (Gregory) of Waynesboro; her siblings, Loretha Archer, Linda Bennett of Waynesboro, Colister Vance (Robert), Avalon Lawson, Lloyd Lawson, Perry Lawson (Jessica) of Waynesboro and Elvis Lawson (Michelle) of Lawrenceville, GA; and her grandchildren, Temar Jones, Coi Adams, Trelon Jones, Loghan Jones, Avery Dukes and Amira Dukes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
