He is survived by: his wife Faye; his children, Ralph Teddy Jr. Greer (Becky) of North Augusta, SC, Tommy Greer of Waynesboro, GA, Laura Eishen (Scott) of Newington, GA, Wendell Greer (Lisa) of Thomson, GA, Rosanne Greer-Kennedy of Waynesboro, GA and John Greer of Waynesboro, GA; his daughter-in-law Michelle Greer of Cookeville, TN; his grandchildren, Teddy Greer III, Alisha Allen, Timothy Greer, Rickey Greer Jr., Steven Sowles, Cherrie Sowles, Sarah Eishen, Stephanie Eishen, Jeremy Eishen, Joshua Eishen, Andrew Eishen, Audrey Eishen, Christopher Greer, Justin Greer, Joseph Greer, Catie Bailey, Jordan Kennedy, Matthew Kennedy, Mark Kennedy and Kevin Kennedy; and his sisters, Leah, Joann, Donna, Portia and Rena.
