As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Leroy Headrick and Mary Elizabeth Hunter Headrick; and his siblings, Phillip Headrick, Peggy Ann Ware and Ruby Caraway.
He is survived by: his significant other Deborah Trawick of Waynesboro; and his siblings, Leonard Headrick (Flo) of Soperton, Charles Headrick (Tammy) of Adrian, Valarie Hall (Scotty) of Norristown and Rosa Amerson of Swainsboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Swainsboro City Cemetery (1 Lewis St, Swainsboro, GA 30401).
