He was predeceased by: his parent Lovett E. Mead Sr.; and his sister Sharon Mead. He is survived by: his mother Annie Roy Quick Mead; his wife Pamela Skinner Mead; his children, Monica Mead, Lovett E. Mead III and Zachary Mead; his grandson Camden Mead; his siblings, Susan Riggs, Christy Mead and Joe Mead (Mary Ann); and his aunt Judy Babb. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home & Cremation Service (220 E 6th St, Waynesboro, GA 30830). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
