He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Vincent Jenkins and Claudia Brinson Jenkins; and his brother L. V. Jenkins. He is survived by: his significant other Bobbie Nell Jenkins; his daughters, Deborah Ann Mobley, Donna G. English (Kenneth) and Sheryl Jenkins Quick (David); his grandchildren, Stan Mobley (Millie), Brian Mobley, Blaine Marshall, Neely Lee (Jackson), Ryan Quick (Melissa) and Lauren Hice (Tanner); his great grandchildren, Millie Jane Mobley, Brin Mobley, Brooks Mobley, Noah Kate Mobley, Joe Mobley, Maddie Grace Holland, Kayson Marshall, Maddox Lee, Austyn Lee, Lila Cate Quick, Ella Anne Quick, Hank Hice and Charley Hice; his niece Bonnie Jenkins; and his sister-in-law Patricia Jenkins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rosemont Baptist Church (522 US-25, Waynesboro, GA 30830). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rosemont Vision Fund.
