He is survived by: his sister Jean Johnson of Fernandina, Florida; his children, James T. Hollingsworth III (Traci) of Sardis, Georgia and Dr. Sarah E. Hollingsworth of Stillwater; and his grandchildren, Hayden Whitaker, Rachel Hollingsworth, Michael Hollingsworth and Troy Hollingsworth of Sardis, Georgia..
