He is survived by: his son James Lee Godbee Jr. of Abilene, Texas; his sisters, Martha Ann Godbee McClain of Alexander, GA, Brenda Faye Godbee Sheehan (James) of Evans, GA and Kathy Renee Godbee Sikes of Jacksonville; and his nieces and nephews, Janet McClain Canady (Neal), Susan McClain, Tina Godbee, Kimmie Bernal, Tammy Bernal, Jessica Bernal, Brenda Bernal, Lydia Bernal, Jake McClain Jr., Mario Bernal Jr. and James Crews Jr..
