He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Johnson and Lillian Joyce Prince; and his grandson Thomas Gravitt. He is survived by: his daughters, Tabitha Johnson of Sardis and Kaylin Belanger of Augusta; his wife Kathy Belanger of Sardis; his siblings, William Johnson of Beech Island, Anthony "Tony" Johnson of Sardis and Cindy Johnson of Augusta; and his grandchildren, Hailie Gravitt, Jonathan Braxton, Bryson Boyd and Easton Williams.
