She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Mack and Ella Mae Cummings Mack; her siblings, Elbert John Turner, Eddie Mack Jr., Green Willie Mack, Elizabeth Mack, Dorthy Mack, Lelia Mae Hunter and Annie Mae Eady; and her granddaughter Kyliah Destiny Mack.
She is survived by: her son Kristopher "Kris" Mack; her granddaughters, Keyvia Denis Mack and Kasia D'Ella Mack; her siblings, Rev. Larry Mack, Lillie Mae Durham, Josephine Kirkland, Mamie L. Brown, Georgia Smith, Hattie Mack, Estella Mack, Emma Ruth Brown and Martha Crumbley; her brother-in-law Deacon Benjamin Eady; and her godchildren, Frank Mack, Kimberly Baynham, Cornelius Bryant Smith, Angela Kirkland Walker, Jo'beyond Walker and Persaist Mack. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many other close relatives and dear friends.
