Wilson; his children, Donald "DJ" Wilson, Jr. of Waynesboro and Casey Wilson of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Christopher Wilson, Michael Wilson, Ashton Barefield, Brittany Wilson, Brooklyn Barefield and Hannah Wilson; his siblings, Lisa Thomas, Linda Ryle, Kitty Quick and Nick DeLaigle; his niece Michele Thames; and his close friend John Barefield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
