He is survived by: his wife Melinda Bilby of Waynesboro; his stepchildren, Zachary Sutton of Waynesboro and Dana Key of Sylvania; his siblings, Donna Rose Keir of Massachusetts, Rosemary Hall of North Carolina and Donald M. Bilby, Jr. of Winter Haven, FL; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Snyder, Joseph Collazo, Angelina Collazo and Talyn Key.
