She was predeceased by: her husband William Terrence "Terry" Forehand, Sr.; and her siblings, Simon Forehand, Juanita Forehand, Ruby Forehand and Blonnie Coleman.
She is survived by: her son William Terrence Forehand, Jr. (Tammy); her grandchildren, William Terrence Forehand III (Amy), Billy Tanner Forehand (Maggie), Taren Lynn Forehand, Micky Truman Forehand, Leverett Tobias Forehand and Tara Elizabeth Forehand; and her great grandchildren, William Terrence Forehand IV, Trent Lee Forehand and Emmalyn Joy Forehand. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
