She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Rowland and Alice Sweat Rowland; and her husband J. W. Harrell. She is survived by: her children, Kenny Rewis (Johnnie) of Milan, Georgia, Diane Turner (C. G.) of Gautier, MS, Carol Groover (John) of Ludowici, GA, Laura Penny of Millwood and Vicky Harrell of Waycross; and her siblings, Lounell Passmore of Blackshear and Jerry Bobinger of Blackshear. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren.
