He was predeceased by: his wife Marsha Gail Tanner O'Berry; his parents, Willie O'Berry and Mary Spikes O'Berry; and his siblings, Faye Rowell, Ricky O'Berry, Dennis O'Berry, Johnny O'Berry and Ronnie O'Berry.

He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Marie O'Berry Swain (Nick) of Waycross; his grandsons, NJ Swain of Waycross and CJ Swain of Waycross; and his siblings, Jean O'Berry of Bickley, Christine Finch (James) of Wassaw, FL and Ray O'Berry of Waycross. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
