He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Clyde Oxford, Sr. and Myra Garrett Oxford; his son Kenneth Lee Oxford; and his siblings, Lennis Oxford, Kenneth Reeves Oxford, Jack Oxford, Shirley Thomas, Betty Wingate and Suzanne Hutto.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Oxford of Waycross; his children, Beth Schueler of Ponte Vedra, Cliff Oxford of Atlanta and James Matt Oxford (Ginger) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Lisa, Casey, John, Haley, Stetson, Cassidy, Emily and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Ethan and Hunter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
