He was predeceased by: his parents, Thorpe Delk and Lucille White Delk; his siblings, J. L. Delk, Thorpe "Little" Delk, Jr., Willie Delk, Tommy Delk and Betty Delk Gurley; his grandson Matthew Sage Delk; and his great grandchild Liliah Reign Chubb.
He is survived by: his former wife Audrey McDaniel Delk; his children, William Leslie Delk (Regina), Greg Delk (Sonia), Danny Delk (Kelli) and Donna Delk; and his siblings, Joann Delk Miller and Glenn Delk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
