We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2020, at the age of 75, Wanda Dixon of Waycross, Georgia, born in Swainsboro, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Lamar Hutcheson; her former husband Frank McCarty, Jr.; her husband Rev. Ronald E. Dixon, Sr.; her daughter Sarita Dixon; and her brother Bobby Hutcheson.
She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Hutcheson (Leroy) of Swainsboro; her children, Jeffrey McCarty (Janet) of Waycross, Tammy Cochran (Stephen) of Old Fort, Ron E. Dixon, Jr. of Blackshear and Stephania Dixon of Hahira; her grandchildren, Matthew Moore (Jessica), Amanda McCarty (Matt), Joseph McCarty (Brittany), Morgan Casavant (Cody), Tristan Cochran, Alec Cochran and Justin Cochran (Dallas); her great grandchildren, Cassidy, Noah, Brantley, Brayden, Kaleb, Jaxson, Brooklynn and Declan; and her sister Patricia Kea (Barney) of Swainsboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Due to COVID-19, the family understands anyone who is unable to attend or is uncomfortable attending.
