He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Justice and Sarah Kathleen Goodin Justice; his granddaughter Alicia Justice; and his siblings, Riley Justice, William Justice, Franklin Justice, Everlove Justice Strickland, Elizabeth Justice, Sarah Kathleen Justice, Ivey Justice, Audie Justice, John Henry Justice, Lorine Justice Driggers, Andy Lee Justice, Myrtice Justice Craven, Robert Justice and Sara Rudell Justice.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Harkleroad (Irie) of Waycross and Malcolm Justice (Linda) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Thad Harkleroad (Alicia), Jason Harkleroad (Tiffany), Sonia Delk (Greg) and Michelle Dixon (Teke); his great grandchildren, Will Taylor, Jordan Coker (Gaines), Anna Strickland (Chad), Gregory Delk (Morgan), Kayla Page (Tyler), Abby Grant (Cody), Hutch Harkleroad and Jocelyn Anderson; and his great great grandchildren, Tyson Page, Rylee Page, Graham Taylor and Brooks Coker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
