She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. Hyde; her parents, Henry Newton Courson and Kizzie Estelle White Courson; and her siblings, Estelle Courson, Myrtice Wolfe, Genene Bennett, Roscoe Courson, Quincey Courson, Quinton Courson, J. D. Courson and L. H. Courson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Johnson (Lamar) and Janice Skinner (Joe) of Waycross; her granddaughters, Leah Parks (Michael) of Waycross, Linsey Hayman (Patrick) of Waycross and Jade Skinner of Waycross; her great grandchildren, Madysen Parks, Abigail Parks, Ellington Katherine Hayman and Braelynn O'Connell; and her siblings, Laverne Taylor of Waycross and Dewitt Courson of Bickley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
