He was predeceased by: his niece Amber Pitts. He is survived by: his nephew Shane Linville; his wife Rachel Dean Smith (Carson) of Waycross, GA; his children, William (Bekah) of Jacksonville, FL, Rebecca Smith Phillips (Connor) of Huntsville, AL and Samuel (Lexie) of Florence, AL; his grandchildren, Ryder, Dallas, Arya and Axel; his parents, Larry Smith and Lenore Smith; and his siblings, Steve, Brent Smith and Cammie Foreshea (Michael) of Gainesville, FL. He is also survived by 17 niece/nephews and 13 great-niece/nephews.
Tim's family would like to thank Hospice Satilla of Waycross, GA for their gentle and caring service since January 2024, and would encourage donations in his honor to them in lieu of flowers if desired.
