Walton Beach, Florida and Billy Gene Howard, Jr.; and his uncles, Elmarie Vickers (Wade) of Douglas, Danny Anderson (Betty) of Douglas, Faye Vandergrift (Richard) of St. Simons Island and Luther Tilghman (Kay) of Waycross.
