He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Herrin and Lois Benton Herrin; and his siblings, Maryann Futch, Cleveland Herrin and Ronald Herrin.
He is survived by: his grandson Oden Lewis Carver; his daughter Caitlynn; his son-in-law Ashton Carver of Atkinson; his sons, Kenneth Herrin of Melbourne, Scott Herrin of Brunswick and Brandan (Samantha Herrin); his grandchildren, Beau Herrin and Chloe Herrin; and his brothers, Bill Herrin (Beth) of Americus, GA and K. D. Herrin (Bobbie) of Woodbine. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
