He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tim Uncapher, Jessie and Shellie Uncapher. He is survived by: his daughters, Tia Walker (David Cain, Jr.) of Waycross, Kayla Keene (Louis Aviles) of Jacksonville and Crystal Uncapher; his stepchildren, April Wazelle of Jacksonville and Matthew Wazelle of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Levi Cain, Victoria Cain, Clyde Cain, Carson Pegg, Mason Keene, Makai Keene, Maddison Williams, Myles Williams, Leah Ferguson, Jamie and Elijah Thomas; his brothers, John and Greg Uncapher; his niece Eve; and his friend Linda Walker.
