She was predeceased by: her parents, Jap Adams and Cuthbert Woodard Adams; her husband Rev. Emerson "Pete" Hayes; and her sister Juanita Cox. She is survived by: her sons, David Hayes (Beth) of Waycross and Jeff Hayes of Waycross; her grandchildren, David Shane Hayes of Milledgeville, Adam Tyler Hayes of Waycross, Landi Winder (Paul) of Nahunta and Shane Farmer (Shannon); and her sister Ann Harris of Waycross. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
