She was predeceased by: her father Albert Lee Dowling; her former husband Darrell Williams; and her husband Rev. Hugh W. Corbitt. She is survived by: her children, Tamara Williams Yawn (Jim) of Windermere, Florida, Cynthia Lynn Williams Thomas (late Jimmy) of Waycross and Darrell Timothy Williams (Tim) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.; her grandchildren, Seth Yawn, Zack Yawn (Megan), Nikki Blanchard (Justin), Alan B. Wheeler, Jr. and Jessi Freeman (Steven); her great grandchildren, Liam Yawn, Charlotte Yawn, Aubrey Blanchard, Caleb Blanchard, Lilah Blanchard, Jacobie Freeman and Jessalyn Freeman; and her sisters, Reditha Shaw (Mack), Becki Price Brown (Jim) and Darlene Thomas (Liston). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other beloved relatives; and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miles-Odum Funeral Home and Crematory (130 Screven Ave, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Greenlawn Cemetery (5000 Brunswick Hwy, Waycross, GA 31503).
