She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Howard and Shirley Holton Howard; her husband Ricky Collins; her grandchildren, Matthew Herrington, Amber Goodgine, Jason Herrington, Jr. and Levi Herrington; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Richard Herrington, Jr. and Oakley Herrington.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Malone of Waycross, Chris Holton (Lori) of Macon, Georgia, Shawn Herrington (Daisha) of Waycross, Jason Herrington (Bella) of Alma, Danielle Smith (Rocky Smith) of Blackshear, Katrina Walker (Heath) of Patterson and Sabrina Edwards (Matt) of Savannah; and her siblings, Josh Howard (Deborah) of Hazlehurst, Barbara Ann Dyal of Alma, Jackie Williams (Mark) of Alma and Sonya Howard of Waycross. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
