We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021, at the age of 57, Sheriff Randall Franklin Royal (Waycross, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Franklin Royal and Lavada Royal; his brother Kim Russell Royal; and his grandparents, Harlow Henry Royal, Reliza Royal, George W. Eason and Vera May Eason.

He is survived by: his siblings, Rhonda Strawder (Gene) of Waycross and Terry Royal; his nieces, Nikki Bagley (Tommy), Emily Royal (Larry Ross), Sara Spradley (Trevor) and Abbie Strawder (Tyler Nelson); and his nephew Jacob Royal.
