She was predeceased by: her daughter Rhonda Marie Carter. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Carter (Tonia) of Middleburg, Cleve Carter (Melissa) of Orange Park and Becky Griffin of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Michael Carter, Jessica Hague (Jason), Michael Steward, Jesse Carter, Sarah Carter, Hannah Steward, Evan Carter, Zach Carter, Carter Griffin and Claire Griffin; her great grandchild Silas Grogan; and her siblings, Joann Wade (Donald) of Alma, Elaine Mann of Alma, Reba Griffin of Alma, James Smart (Patsy) of Alma and Kathy Davis of Waycross. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
