It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lane (Waycross, Georgia), born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on March 7, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Allen A. Lane. She is survived by: her sons, John William Dean IV of Waycross and Joseph Adams Dean of Waycross; her grandchildren, Matthew Dean of Waycross and Elizabeth Rigdon (Richard) of Waycross; her great grandchild Madalyn Rigdon of Waycross; her sisters, Peggy Purdom (Robert) of Joshua and Edna Geoghegan (Charlie) of Chapin; her uncles, Ray Wilson (Beverly) of Johnson City, Colan Talley of Middlesboro, Rita McCarthy of Waycross, Brenda Sapp of Waycross, Ernest Lockey and Willie Mae Lockey of Waycross; and also, Sandra Prelopski of Harrogate and Etta Lou Talley of Middlesboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
