With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sammy Wayne Lee of Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sampson Lee and Lucy O'Berry Lee; and his son Wayne Lee. He is survived by: his wife Kay Lee of Waycross; his daughter Ginger Barnett (David) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Hank Barnett (Kelly), Harle Oliver (Jonathan), Hayden Barnett (Brittany), Kaitlynn Lee, Kolby Lee and Lila Ellis-Lee; his great grandchildren, Kameron Lee, Ryann Oliver, Vivian Barnett, Noah Oliver, Kayne Lee and Isabella Barnett; and his brothers, Freddie Lee (Betty Ann) of Waresboro and Allen Lee (Shirley) of Blackshear. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
