She is survived by: her children, Joann Ratliff Wilcox (Tony) of Waycross and Louis Ratliff (Regina) of Dublin; her stepchildren, Ted Taylor and Shirley Ann Hill; her grandchildren, Giselle Paige, Andre Ratliff, Kim Ratliff, Tennille Moss, Tyree Taylor, Dianna Taylor, Alicia Lies and Rabyn Ratliff; her siblings, Beverly King of Waycross, John C. Betterson and Ricky Betterson; her nephews, Clete Garner, Tony Garner and Jesse Williams; and her niece Rochelle Baker. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
