We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2018, Roy E. Bowen (Waycross, Georgia), born in Axson, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eck Bennett, Shirley Hargraves and Carol Smith. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Ammons Bowen of Waycross; his children, Jeannie Pruitt (Ken) of Blackshear, Brandy Courson (Ansley) of Beach, GA, Dusty Bowen and Dustin Bowen; his grandchildren, Keina Peacock (Chase), Brooke Spivey (Joseph), Brandon Hutto and Joshua Pruitt; his great grandchildren, Clara Spivey and Adley Peacock; and his siblings, Lowanna Booth (Everett) of Waycross, Bill Bowen (Barbara), Joe Bennett (Sonya) and Jonathan Bennett (Shawna) of Alma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
