It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Seoane of Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Seoane and Lilian Gonzalez Seoane; her daughter Tammy Moates; and her siblings, Peter Seoane, Alice Seoane, Louise Seoane, Reggie Seoane, Charlie Seoane, Bobby Seoane and Lindy Seoane.
She is survived by: her daughters, Madelyn Tanner (Berry) of Waycross and Lily Tinker-Eliades of Austin, Texas; her grandchildren, Tom Tinker, Jr. (Sara), Whitney Mallios, Channing Tinker, Cecil Tanner III (Jasmyn), Emilie Tanner King (Caleb) and McKenzie Tanner; her great grandchildren, Tommy Tinker III, Cadyn Nagel, Conner Nagel, Cameron Nagel, Kylie Ann King and Jameson Mallios; and her niece Sandra Seoane of Savannah, GA. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
