He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Roberts and Thelma Archer Roberts; his wife Jakie Lankford Roberts; his son Ren Roberts; his siblings, Lamar Roberts and Shirley Roberts; and his cousins, Hoyt, Herbert and Fred Strickland.
He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Roberts Palmer (Prescott Palmer); his grandchildren, Autumn Palmer Bezeau (Kurt Bezeau), Alyssa and Austin Palmer; and his sister-in-law Ginger Lankford Folsom (Ken Folsom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
