He is survived by: his wife Sherry Arcola Howard Collins of Waycross; his children, Shirley Malone (Russell) of Waycross, Chris Holton (Amanda) of Macon, GA, Shawn Herrington (Daisha) of Waycross, Jason Herrington of Alma, Michael Adams (Bethany) of Brunswick, Danielle Smith of Blackshear, Katrina Walker (Heath) of Blackshear and Sabrina Edwards of Savannah; and his sisters, Bennie Nell Franks (Tammy Ellis) and Virginia Beacham (Andy) of East Dublin, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
