He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Marion Fraley, Sr. and Winona Mae Lacey Fraley. He is survived by: his siblings, Rodgers L. Fraley, Sr. (Basilee) of Waycross, Randall E. Fraley of Waycross and Terri Ann Davis (Timmy) of Blackshear. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
