We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2021, at the age of 71, Paggia June Evans (Waycross, Georgia), born in Catlettsburg, Kentucky passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Justice and Haley Marie Kouns Stirr; her stepfather Richard Stirr; and her siblings, Hubert Justice, Wilma Jean Justice and Minnie Kay Watson.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Ford Evans of Waycross; her daughters, Tracy Lynn Jordan of Waycross and Kim Smith (John) of Waycross; her grandchildren, Megan, Madison, Ben and Haley Jane; and her brothers, James Justice (Dreama) of Merritt Island, FL and Richard Samuel "Rick" Stirr of Hampton, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
