He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his father Dalton Ray Sammons; his stepmother Sandra Sammons; and his children, Dalton Ray Sammons II (Brandi), Austin Taylor Sammons and Tiffany Nichole Bernier. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
