He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Albert Lee and Lizzie Inez Dowling Lee; his son Jerry Jerome Lee, Sr.; his grandson Ken Bennett; and his siblings, Louise James, Arland Lee, Hayden Lee, Wynell Groover, Tommy Lee, Gary Lee, Helen Burney and Darrell Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Maggie Burniece Barnes Lee of Waycross; his daughters, Carol Bennett (Dale) of Waycross, Tammy Jo Clayton (Barry) of Cedar Key, FL and Susanne "Susie" Lee of Waycross; his grandchildren, Alan Bennett (Michelle) of Waycross, Amy Crews (Andrew) of Lakeland, GA, Jerry Lee, Jr. (Melissa) of Waycross and Dylan Clayton of Cedar Key, FL; his great grandchildren, Alan Michael Bennett, Nathan Bennett, Andrew Morgan, Dalton Lee, Hunter Lee and Makayla Crews; and his sisters, Glenda Inman (Dee) of Hahira, GA and Pat Mejia of Blackshear. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
