With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nathaniel Griffin (Waycross, Georgia), who passed away on August 25, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Manning Griffin and Irene Dowling Griffin; his wife Kathleen Shuman Griffin; his granddaughter Annsley Victoria Carter; and his sister Anita Avea Griffin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Faye Carter (Buddy) of Waycross, Jewel Linney (John) of Tallahassee, FL and Evon Griffin of Nahunta; his granddaughters, Rebecca Highsmith (Jeff) of Nahunta, Charlotte Austin (Randall) of Tallahassee, FL, Heather Servos (Joey) and Katie Facciolo (Michael) of Chattanooga, TN; and his great grandchildren, Annsely Highsmith of Waycross, Annabelle Highsmith of White Oak, GA, Ellis Highsmith of Nahunta, Ella Highsmith of Nahunta, Jacob Highsmith of Nahunta, Audrey Austin of Tallahassee, FL, Peter Austin of Tallahassee, FL and Juliet Servos. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
