She is survived by: her mother Janet Stovall Vickery of Greer, SC; her husband Harrison Allan "Sonny" Spurlock of Waycross; her children, Harrison Spurlock of Tampa, FL, Madelyn Tanner (Coleman) of Waycross, Hudson Spurlock of Colorado Springs, CO and Riley Spurlock of Statesboro; and her siblings, Dane Vickery (Mylissa) of Greer, SC, Donna Nigro of Jackson, MS, Christi Balfour (Paul) of Springfield, MO and Darlene Park (David) of Duluth, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation.
