She is survived by: her sons, Charles Carter (Pat) and Donald Carter (Dale); her grandchildren, Doug Moss, Michael Carter (Jaime), Kim Morgan (Craig), April Carter Blair and Brandon Carter (Karla); her great grandchildren, Savannah Gullett (John), Austin Moss (Aleya), Kiersten, Caitlyn Morgan, Todd, Ceb Carter, Jackson, Julie Carter, Ally and Aaron Blair; her great great grandchildren, Ansley Moss, Willow Gullett and Hayden Thigpen; her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Carter of Valdosta, Bertha Jump (Roy) of Warner Robins and James Scott of Nashville, TN; and her close friends, Suzanne Morgan Mullis and Betsy Reid. She is also survived by mother and grandmother who spent most of her time caring for her children and grandchildren.
