He is survived by: his wife Peggy Smith of Waycross; his children, Naomi Howell of Brantley County, Teriann Michelle Smith (Landon Mikell) of Brantley County and Johni Diane Rhoden of Jesup, GA; his grandchildren, Bradyn Howell, Mahaley Arnold, Chandler Rhoden and Cade Rhoden; and his pet Catie.
