Baxter (Cindy) of Newport News, VA, Marsha McCandles (John) of Albuquerque, NM and Cynthia Louise Scanlan (John) of Fredericksburg, VA; her daughter-in-law Terry Baxter; her grandchildren, Steve, Jason Baxter, Brenna, Sean, Alex McCandles, Jackie Williams, Allen Edwars and Blair Baxter; and her siblings, Janice Bryant (Loren), Patsy Bunch (Jack), Bobby Walker (Yolanda), Jackie Walker (Donna Faye) and Billy Walker (Denise). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
