She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Bouldin and Sarah Elizabeth Bowen Bouldin; her sisters, Sarah Elizabeth Wise and Hazel Marie Bouldin (William E.); and her son Jonathan Bouldin Bland.

She is survived by: her husband Billy; her children, Dr. Cheryl Bland Jones (Christopher P.) of Durham, NC, William E. Bland (Sonny) and Timothy (Bland); her nephew John L. Wise of Waycross; her grandchildren, William E. Bland, IV (Will) of Winter Garden, FL and C. J. Bland of Blackshear; her great grandchildren, Aviana Bland and Kaia Bland of Winter Garden, FL; and her stepgrandsons, Ritchie Neil Lewis, Jr. of Jacksonville, GA and Cole Lewis of Oak Ridge, TN..
