She was predeceased by: her siblings, George Phillips, John Phillips, Evelyn Pittman and Helen Brown. She is survived by: her husband Wade Capps of Waycross; her sisters, Dell P. Giles of Ponte Vedra, FL, Willene Rogers (Reuben) of Waycross and Judy Cox (Robert) of Waycross; and her niece Ashley Waters. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
