She is survived by: her husband Ron Jernigan of Cumming; her son Xavier Jordan Jernigan of Cumming; her granddaughter Madison Jernigan of Mississippi; her brother Nat Carter (Leslie) of Waycross; and her sister-in-law Lynn Cooper of Bishop. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
